We love working with Jaime & Nick because they are so natural in front of the camera. A few months back we did their E Session/Save The Date and it was lots of fun.

The wedding ceremony and reception was held at River Birch Lodge which is located on 6 private acres. This was our first time there and it was a beautiful lodge. Sara Gharacheh of Platinum Mix Productions was the DJ of the night and Tracie Morris of You’re The Bride was the planner. They both were a pleasure to work with.

Aletha Vandermaas from Pearls Events has a great blog and our e session clip was on it yesterday.  Aletha has one of the best, active, beautiful blog that I have seen in Michigan.  Thanks for the blog luv Aletha.

Pearls Events is an event planning boutique located in West Michigan, with offices in Grand Rapids and Holland. They plan, design & coordinate social events throughout the entire state of Michigan with couples located all over the Midwest.

The engagement was only three months ago so they had to put their wedding planning into high gear. They both live in New York so that made it even harder. In the end everything was just perfect.

The weather cooperated for the outdoor ceremony at Meadow Brook Hall. The reception was held under the tent which was decorated with a lounge area. The dessert table was out of this world. Dan Rafferty Band kept the dance floor full all night.

We were happy to work with Jessica and Nathan again as they are great photographers. I was able to borrow Jessica’s 50mm lens for a bit to try it out. WOW I love that lens! It is now on the TOP of my list of things to buy next.
